UCI Tournament Recap

The Sailor Girls performed magnificently at the UCI tournament last weekend. We went 2-1, with victories over two programs that have traditionally had their way with Newport. Sailor Girls 7, Flash 5

  • Goals from Emily Lukosky, Katelyn Gallegos, Lauren Bibb, Katie Hendrix, and Sarah Farley.

  • Strong clearing from Emily Peschong and Katie Hendrix.

Sailor Girls 11, Corona del Mar 1

  • Goals from Emily Lukosky, Katelyn Gallegos, Sammy Whitney, and Gabby Albert.
  • Two goals apiece from Brittany McCoy and Sophie Riggan.
  • Three goals from Helena Davis.
  • Emily Lukosky forced three turnovers.
